Resisitance for fuel Injector?

Sorry to ask a repair question. I couldn't find it in the FAQs or in my chiltons. I have 1990 SE auto with the #1 injector (I assume) gone. THe idle is off and there is a lot of hesitation. When I pull the plug wire on this cylinder there is no change in performance. The car only has 87500 miles on it. What should the resistance read so I can make sure it is the injector and not the harness? Also, any recommendations on checking the performance of the other injectors? I don't have the cash to take it to a shop. Thanks for the advice.

If you just want to measure the resistance, it should be around 12 ohms, but I dont remember what setting on the ohm meter that is under, I think the lowest one. Just remove the harness from the injector and connect the positive lead on one prong and the negative on the other. I don't think it matters which one goes on which. If you are still wondering about the resistance, test a few of your other injectors to see what they are. I am not sure how easy they are to get to on a VG.
