World's fastest All Motor VE Auto does 14.57!!!
Here is my timeslip:

60' 2.174
330' 6.083
1/8 9.341 @ 74.99
1/4 14.57 @ 93.68
I recently installed a high stall torque converter and finally hit the track. I'd say I shaved 3 tenths in the 1/4 mile with this TC. My 60' went from an average of 2.35 to 2.20s. So I was able to shave .15 in the 60' alone. Not too shabby.

My next goal is to become the world's fastest all motor VE... including 5spds. Can you believe that record is only a 14.3 set by Bryan H WAYYY back in the day? My goal after that is to become the world's fastest NA 3L Maxima auto, which is held by 96sleeper at a 14.2. After that, I will probably just go nitrous and be the worlds fastest 3rd gen Maxima with a record of 13.8 held by Bryan H while spraying on street tires and another VE Auto spraying a 60 shot, I forget his name. After that, I am going to follow Jime's road. He did pave the way for a lot of automatics.
edit... Haha, nice lisence plate!! I was thinking "AUTO ZZ". I just want everybody to know that they just got beat by an automatic granny car. muwaha! Any more suggestions on vanity plates for me?

but seriously...as of all CURRENT and RUNNING VG and VEs auto/5spd on this board I think YOU are the fastest...am I wrong?? I don't see any other VG/VEs running near you?

Hey Arron amazin job at the track congrads! I am Gonna Get Ma 90 VG Auto on the track this summer once I finish installin ma new engine. We estimating it is gonna have round 250 hp. I already got an UR Undrive. Pulley,Headers\Downpipe, High-Flow Cat , Greddy Cat Back, CAI, Vitek Wires+Iridium Plugs, Alumnium Flywheel, And Rebuilt Tranny. Right now the new heads, throttle body , and intake manifold are gettin ported by a shop. I now just gotta order the new JWT Cams and Racing Pistons and I am gonna be good to go. We gonna swap out the old engine put in the new, get the JET chip up n workin and set it loose on the track. When i get a time slip I made sure to post it up for everyone. (We are still considerin a 5 Speed swap but auto's are where it is at!)

I Am Hoping To Run A 14.90-14.99 Somewhere in there. I Still to your car Good Job! Also ya gotta remember mine is only a VG 30 less ponies outta the factory...I would not be dissapointed with that time at all. We will see at the track. What is the fastest a VG has run at the track?

Just take it one step at a time with modding. It's ok to build a motor, it just sounds like you're doing an aweful lot all at once and you don't know what works and what doesn't.
High 14s would be a BIG step in an all motor VG Auto. Best of luck to you. Keep in mind that the all time fastest NA VG Auto Maxima is a 15.4 I think. It had a lot of stuff done to it, including cams. It was Nevin aka SkyMax I believe. If you beat that, then that will be something.

I Am Not really sure what I am gonna run at a track since I am a newbie I hope i can pick up a few pointers here and there. I stopped messin round on the streets since ma best friend flipped his Integra and past away a few months ago. I am aimin to build a legit track car, the shop i am workin with is helpin me as much as possible. And, i wrote the wrong thing by axident i mean JWT ecu not JET.

Sorry about your friend. If you want pointers from me, they are:
1) Reduce weight as much as you can
2) Get a good suspension if you plan on running street tires at the track
3) GET SLICKS and don't mess around with traction issues
4) Don't race your car unless it's running FLAWLESSLY. No sense in blowing your motor your first day out.
*edit* 5) Get a valve mod recalibration (shift kit) www.maximumtuning.net
Your tranny doesn't like high revs and lots of power. If you plan on racing it without the tranny blowing, put a shift kit in it and a tranny cooler. A tranny temp gauge is good to keep an eye on things. Don't let it run much over 160 degrees. Also, try to rebuild your tranny with tougher than OEM parts. You will need that bulletproof tranny.

good luck you're gonna need more than whats on your list to even break a 15.5 in a VG auto...250hp you can forget about, full bolt-ons and piggy back fuel and ignition tuning only yeilds around 160-170whp in the auto(been there, seen that)...getting an extra 80fwhp to meet your goal N/A will be nearly impossible. VG30E needs major work to be anything near productive on the drag strip...or let alone the real street racing world almost. (bitter ex-VG auto owner )

I have a tranny cooler and I never let my tranny temp get above 160 degrees. And that is HARD to do in 115 degree Vegas heat. I have to drive around town blasting my heater and my cooling fans running on high speed just to keep it around 150.
My shift kit helps with keeping the temps down along with less slippage. But now I have a high stall torque converter and that will make me run hotter than ever. I'm not ready for Vegas summer heat.
I'm thinking of installing a bigger tranny cooler on my radiator. I can fit a 3/4" cooler that is more than TWICE the size of the one I have now. I'm sure it will help.
9 out of 10 tranny failures are due to heat. When mine blows up, it will be due to having too much HP going through it. lol But I try to take care of my stuff. Thanks for posting.

I've been looking in, but not posting much the last 6 or 8 months. Haven't done a show since Summerslam at E-town, NJ last July 4th weekend. My grandmother passed away about 5 weeks ago, so it's been tougher than normal lately. Gonna put the nice wheels on the old green monster this weekend and get it a bit cleaned up. Sits out all the time since I got the 2K3. It's getting rough around the edges, but still runs well. The winter's been tough on the old boby kit though.

Damn Aaron, I think you just need to be regulated for a quick second........Ve's are ok....but you cant roll up to a club like I can, and still run 14's at tha track...... you did good !....but If I strip my car like yours, I might run a high 13....so easy on the VE power !...

But if you got rid of the heavy wheels, speakers, and removed all your seats like me, then that has to be good for 3 tenths or so. Keep that in mind when you are at the point that you need 3 free tenths.
