Struts Question....

Front struts are acting up....What are my possible choices now?
I was thinking taking it to a shop and getting them replaced, possibly getting nre struts but i;m poor and then unholy job of replacing them myself. What do you guys think?

I think this is a good deal. I've never replaced them myself so I don't know how much of a pain it is.

it's really not that terrible. the fronts are actually easy. the rears just take a long time because you have to undo a lot of bolts. the fsm/haynes and the directions on www.gen3.4mg.com should be all you need. you can rent spring compressors at autozone. most people on the .org have probably done it, so we can answer your questions.
