NISSAN MAXIMA stickers, back of trunk

Hello, I want to remove the Nissan & Maxima emblem sticker's that are on the back of my 89 Maxima's trunk lid. I was wondering if anyone else has done this. By looking, I think it would give the car a more original look, and look a little better than with the sticker, also that would leave no identifying marks on the car's outside tracing back to a maxima or nissan(i've already removed the front nissan hamburger) So, What kind of adheisve remover can I get to take it off without eating off the plastic? Should I just use my nails? Thanks!

gowireless - you're wrong

89-91 SEs have a MAXIMA sticker on the trunk finisher piece (middle piece between the taillights) and yes it can be removed. Go to any autoparts store and they have plenty of remover things for adhesives and stuff like that.

Has anyone in here removed it? I don't want to remove if someone else in here has, and they liked it better with the sticker.

huh? my 92 SE has it too. I haven't seen any SEs of ANY year without one. Nissan did not use emblems on the body for the 3rd gen, just the reflector.
