Radio Interference

Hey guy's, I have the non-Bose in my Max, and I just installed a Sony HU. Now I get engine interference, as well as antenna interference(going up), and when I put a CD in and it's searching or changing tracks u can hear the interferance from that as well. I left the stock amp hooked up. Is that the problem and should I just bypass it by splicing the speaker wires in directly?
