Changing the dash lights

How difficult is it to change the dash lights? And where can I buy some nice bright white replacements.

Also, are there any mod sites with listed mods I can do to my car? I am looking for more astethic mods as I've already out raced everyone I know with the few engine mods I have installed

which dash lights? The gauges or the ones in the climate control and the ones around the steering wheel.

go to craigs site and click how to. I did a write up on how to convert the lights to LEDs but you can also use it to just see how to replace the regular bulbs.

If you are talking about the little lights and dont want to do the LED swap then use #7219 Micro Lamps from radio shack. (part number for older packages 272-1092).

I gave you Craigs site on you climate control post.

You're going have to remove the dash to get to gauges, and finally to the bulbs behind the guage cluster. Check out www.geocities.com/craigbrace for instruction on how to remove the dash (in the how-to section, and then clicking on "fixing your dead clock".) All credit goes to Craig

I changed mine to red, and pretty happy with the results. It's pretty easy to do too.

I changed mine to red too, but when I changed the lights around the ignition and the cig lighter i had to go ghetto and paint the bulbs red with nail polish because the parts store didn't have any red #74s (think that is it). Turned out pretty good though.

go to superbrightleds.com and order their #74 LEDs for those. Its not expensive and the light looks good.
