The guy thinks that one y-pipe will fit VQ,VG,VE and Infiniti I30. What is the hell is he thinking in his head? Here is the link : http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33633

Well for one, you posted in the wrong forum. That one is not for a 3-gen

Jeff , He said "89 to 99" so , what it has already said is part of 3 gens and I didn't post up in a wrong forum as that it is. My point is that some of em might be interest to check it out and sharing the info.

Yeah but it's clear that the Y is for a 4-gen. Just try not to do too much ebay posting. That's all.

Why don't you like us posting ebay stuff? I'm just curious, and it may be good for others to know too.

When someone posts an Ebay auction for something that is actually for our cars, people get ****ed because they might have been sitting on the auction and now that 100's of maxima enthusiasts have seen it, the price is going to be higher. I was screwed out of a set of struts and a UDP because someone posted the auction and I got outbid by other people on this site. This time, I got lucky!!!!! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ME:B:EOAB:US:6

Its for a 4th gen because if you read the auction, the seller states that the y pipe came off a 1997 infinit I30, and was on there for about 10,000 miles.

Just so you know Eric, that won't fit your car because our motors are in sideways, FWD. Too bad, I would have bought it right away, 400 WHP

methinks a better question would be what does a 3rd gen have that a 4th gen doesn't

He is charging $17, which is very reasonable considering the size and weight of the manifold.
