Control Arm Bushings

I remember seeing a thread not too long ago about someone on the board pressing in lower control arm bushings if you send your old one as a core, I was just wondering if whoever did that is still doing that, because mine are shot, thanks alot.

I have a quick question I need the front right lower control arm, should i replace both of them or will i be fine with keeping the left one which is in good condition. Well You have the best prices that i have found so far 87.50 sounds good to me.
