What type of rotors?

Which rotors give the best performance, cross-drilled, slotted, or oem blanks?

Good quality rotors. X-drilled will just crack. Slotted might be a good choice but no real gains.

Will cross-drilled rotors really crack? I notice that brembo(quality) rotors are almost all cross-drilled with there bbk's. Thanks

Google + search = answers you seek.

Although someone will probably chime in with their opinion. Unbiased or not.

I've had the STILLEN Cross drilled rotors with the metal matrix brake pads on my 94 SE for over 4 years now and they're still intact. Combine them with a set of stainless steel brake lines and your good to go.

The Cross drilled rotors usually crack because people bump them during installation and because some manufacturers are just plain cheap. The Brembo's you have seen are probably the Gran Turismo Big Brake Kit that runs you about $2000. you get what you paid for. If you want to go safe, Brembo makes good quality OEM Blank rotors, or just go with slotted.
