Engaging clutch problems

Ok last night all of a sudden it was hard to put my car in any gear. This is when the car is on. I know my clutch isn't slipping or anything like that it's just when my car is turn on and I push in the clutch to shift it into gear when I try to push it into gear it grinds and won't engage into that gear. Now I have 200k on my 92 Max. Not on the engine but I'm sure on the tranny. Well I looked underneath were the clutch is and it looks like there is a sensor button when the clutch is pushed it it touchs. There is also a sensor button when the clutch is disengaged. DOes anyone think that maybe that one of the sensors is messed up and causeing it not to go into gear? ANyone have this sorta problem. Also is anyone from ST.Louis that might be able to help me out for a 6 pack for their trouble. Thanks

Matt(subs1000w) helped me install my new clutch that crapped out on me and now the max is moving great. This is basically a BIG HUGE THANK YOU to Matt for helping me out. This guy knows his stuff.

Now I just gotta pass emissions and get my CV boot fixed and rear window acuators fixed and we are all gravy ;-)

clutch release rod. shop should charge you $20 to adjust, or you can figure it out and DIY.
