Quick Lowering Spring Advice...

Suspension Techniques springs. How are they on Maximas? I had forgotten all about these springs, and didn't realize they fit 3rd Gens. There's a local guy here who's sellng a set on eBay, and the auction ends today. I need springs/struts badly, and he's selling these for a good price.

My brother had some on his old Accord, and he liked them a lot, but I'd like to know what the .org members think of these springs.

Thanks in advance!!!

I had them on my old white Max with Tokicos. I liked them (dare I say I preferred the ride of the ST's to my current Eibachs). The drop was pretty good. They are linear, so they have 1 spring rate. I'd get them if they are selling cheap enough (FYI you can get them new on jcwhitney for $140).

ST springs with tokico's and ST front and rear sway bars my car rides really nice especially for a lowered car. though i would rather a harder ride so im upgrading to koni's or whatever i decide. just be glad that you dont live out here in the north east... with pot holes and so forth. i bottom out alot but i just have to drive like grandma alot, keeps me out of tickets though hehe.

Thanks for the advice guys!

I got them for $70!!! Full set, used only for about 3 months - taken off a 3rd Gen Max here in SoCal. I'm going to try to pick them up from him sometime tomorrow. Also found a really good deal on KYB GR-2s on eBay too. Complete set for $157 + tax, and I can go pick them up since the shop's in SoCal too...

My suspension and intake/exhaust should be done sometime next week

Wish I knew about that earlier...

The damage is already done! Besides, I think I've heard some complaints about Sprints not being predictable and sagging or something like that...

Did you use the stock shocks/struts, or do you have aftermarket ones?
