Got car back, help?

I got my car back from getting some work done. Problem is when I got it back it wasent running right, it idel's fine with no misses now. But when i drive it after it has warmed up it feels like its bogging itself down whenever i give it more then a quarter throttle. The exhaust gets real loud but the car doesnt go anywere, it got louder then it used to. So i took it back and they looked it over and said that when they adjusted the cam position sensor it might be off. And they said it might have to do with me having my VTC's grounded. Anyone have anyidea why its doing this. They cleaned the injectors, put new coil packs on and adjusted the cam position sensor.

Is this similiar to the infamous "SE hesitation" that has affected some of the VE SEs? Or does it seem different?

Nope very different, this doesnt start till its warmed up and the more you push the gas the louder the eshaust gets but the car doesnt go anywere. Maybe becuase they set the timing with the VTC's grounded?

Possibly, when they "adjusted" the cam sensor, they retarded your timing a lot.

There are other possibilities, though not as likely since it seems to be directly related to the work you had done. Maybe your KS is going south and you are getting heat soak, since it's only happening when it's warm. Mine does that, but not that bad. Is your car an AT? If your car is running strong, but not going, maybe your tranny is going.

I dunno, just some thoughts.
