What would i all need for a ve 5spd swap? are there any write ups?

2: wear and tear stuff, ie clutch, MC slave cylinder,etc.

the end

sorry to be sarcastic, but that really is the easiest way to do it. pull everything off one and put it on the other. as soon as you try to piece it together it's gonna be a nightmare.

I'm in the process of writing a pictoral tour of my recent 5-speed swap. I do highly recommend a parts car though.

yeah todamax cant wait to see it, does the swap involve the same things one a VG engine, i might swap mine this summer with my dad.

yes a parts car mwould make it much easier

i did one on my friends former 91 gxe without a parts car it consisted of about 20 trips to the junk yard because you always forget somthing

subs1000w is it really that complicated and is there any fabricating or is it just rip it apart and swap. i know i made it sound easier than it proly is

the only modifying you have to do is drilling the holes in the firewall for the clutch master cylinder/pedal bracket and if your lazy cutting the auto brake pedal to fit the 5spd pedal pad (in my opinion much easier than installing the 5spd brake pedal) and we had issues with removing the 5spd shift box that bolts to the car and holds the shifter we had to drill out all 4 bolts which required 3 trips because we kept draining the batteries for the drill we brought
