I have no idea; I would say no due to the fact that the VE has a larger intake manifold than the VG so we would need a different strut tower brace. The one on my car is from a 2000-03 Nissan Maxima

2k to 2003 struts bar will fit 92 to 94 dohc but it will touch AC hose little bit.

If you get the one from Otto racing (?), it clears the hoses, but costs more. MrGone and I think awsm66 have them. I have an ebay 2k FSTB and it does touch the hose, but no problems at all and I've had it about a year.

For VE's, the 02-03 FSTB should fit.

the 00-03 bar's with the straight brackets work fine it's the one's with the arced bracket that hit's the hose.

Can you really feel an immediate difference after installing the FSTB? I'll probably get one once I get all my maitenence crap taken care of.

yes but, its not jaw dropping performance. worth the 40 bucks,
-the bigest effect that i felt from a single mod was the addco rear sway bar.(bad customer support and, there known for putting the wrong hardware in the kits but, the part is great, i had to buy other bolts to fit it. no biggy)
that thing made my jaw drop.
