Why Kaleb is going to turbo ->

Saturday night Kaleb, Ryan, Wic and myself went out to dinner. Kaleb was driving his 3rd gen auto with Y-pipe, CAI , his custom underdrive pulley and Ryan as his passenger. I was driving my 211K mile stock from air filter to exhaust tip CRX Si with Wic as a passenger. We did a race on the side road of central at the Campbell road light heading south toward Courtesy Nissan. I spun pretty bad off the line and gave him about a 4 or 5 ft head start. In second I was door to door. In third, I was outpulling him. Bottom line, is if you can't beat a stock drivetrain 211K mile Honda(mid 16's at best); it is time to step up.
On Sunday, we did the SCCA autocross. For Kaleb's first time ever to drive in an autocross, he did very respectable and finished 18th(DSP Pax) out of 40 cars in novice class to earn his first trophy. He moved up 8 seconds on a minute course from his first run to his last run. He drove on his brand new Kumho Ecstas which performed extremely well. I drove the Miata(BS Pax) in novice class and finished 5th.

Damn Kaleb.......
Dude don't take this the wrong way but either your car is alot heavier than mine or your engine has less power. When Loren first bought the CRX, I ran him in my max (CAI was my only mod). The 1st run I got the jump and won by 1/2 a car, the 2nd run we took off even and he beat me by a car. Yea Shing's CRX was like 2350lbs with him, where as my maxima was 3355lbs with me. Maybe next time you meet up with Matt both of you should trade ECU's and dyno it. Maybe if you sold your Y-pipe and CAI you'd have enough to get the JWT turbo cams 
. All I know is unless your going to run a bigger turbo than the stocker, you'll be seeing my tail lights (assuming I ever fix my car
