new used car

i just bought a 1989 maxima gxe from my friends father, the thing runs great, it just has some minor issues, which is ok because i only paid 500 for it. As of last night, my trunk wont open, odd. My seatbelt on the rear left passengers side is stuck in its housing. The antenna wont go fully down. The back seat seat-back wont stay in. My hood wont shut all the way. Theres a hole in the upper wheel well on the same side with the broken seatbelt that throws salt and rust into the inside of the car, i have salt deposits everywhere on the inside. And the outside is littered with rust spots. How can I fix some of these problems? I'm a newbie when it comes to cars, but im a quick learner. Please help!

Any rust around the fuel filler door/neck, or the gas tank, etc? Definitely be careful of carbon monoxide with so many holes.

trunk won't open with the key or by the release inside?

I agree, make some money out of it. That is too much trouble. You are going to end up spending 500 dollars to fix all the issues at hand, not to mention the other issure with the car that you dont know about.
