AC not working

AC not working

my AC is not cooling i have put R12 in there too and still it's not ccoling can anybody know why

because you haven't diagnosed it.
does the compressor turn on?
have you checked for leaks?

yes the compressor works and i check for the leaks too no leaks and when u turn on the AC the out side AC line is cold but inside it's not

unless you have a MACS certification I can't.
Cause it would cause you to vent the 12 into the air which is illegal.
of course the FSM has that info.
Now if you had an R134a retrofit done instead of the 12......

can i change the R12 R134a and to do that what i have to change and there is that valve

you'll need to have a shop evacuate the R12 out of the system.

you'll need retrofit fittings, I have to look where the valve is, haven't had to work on mine. ICE cold AC still good from factory (i'm assuming)

when u remove the R12 from the sys then u can put the R134a in there that's it or you have to change some thing in there too

if you open the system, you should replace the reciever/dryer
BTW that pic was of the expansion valve.
when you recharge the system with r134 don't forget the dye and the oil.
