I Have trouble with my traany on VG30E SOHC RE4F02A! Before overhaul my transmission stalls in any range, but after that it slip in 2nd and 4nd when accelerating. I adjust servo band correct, all clutches new. Please help how it correct?

sounds to me like you didn't get that clutch band properly adjusted, or that you installed the wrong one. I don't know how to do it myself, but if it worked when you tore it apart and it doesn't now, then I'd say you didn't do something right.

Gotta ask - how does a tranny "stall"? What causes that? Something to do with the torque converter?

It work normally on 1&3, but slip in 2&4 when accelerating

Is it falling out of gear? (into neurtral)

Check that the shift cable is adjusted properly for the inhibitor switch, and that the two bushings at the ends of the cable are in place.
