Will any power be lost going with the 2.25 B pipe instead of the 2.5?

I will say it once again. We are talking about 1 and 2 hp here. So in theory, the 2.25" won't flow as well on your V6. So, if you're able to dyno as accurately as 1 hp, then you should see a slight gain with the 2.5".

Don't waste your money on a Bpipe. There isn't any restriction there that I can see. Instead, change the Ypipe, testpipe and maybe muffler. Muffler is a bigger restriction than the Bpipe.
