Shaky steering wheel
most likely the problem is a bad tie rod end or ball joint. I noticed that happening on my car as well. when you've got the gas pedal down, the suspension is tweaked in one direction. when you slow down, the suspension is tweaked the other direction, which is where most of the wear is on the ball joints and such. that's the reason you only see vibes when you're braking.
anyway, take a look at the tie rod ends and ball joints. that's your most common problem.

i noticed that when i reach speeds above 70 but not when aym braking. but i will sure to check the tire pressusre and clean the inside of the Rims. is the tri rod the ting that makes the sounds when u turn or is that the power steering pump. mine used to be loud in the cold. or could that be becuase i had a hole in the power steering hose and we got it fixed but since the pump lost alot of the fluid it made that sound. because it's been over a year now and i can still hear it at times jus not as loud.
yeah, the groaning noise you heard was the power steering pump.. when they get air in them, they make nasty noises like that. if you drive with air in it for a while, the noises never go away- like mine and yours both.
