problem with my 3rd gen max

sup guys

i have a '89 nissan maxima with 129,000. Recently I have been noticing that my 5 speed manuel transmission won't shift into gear even with the clutch in after the engine runs hot for a while. When I start it up in the morning and the engine is cool, it goes in gear just fine, but after driving it slowly gets harder and harder to shift into gear, especially when i idle at a red light, and put it in first to go again. I have just recently changed the gear oil and bled the clutch to see if that works, but it hasn't done much at all, can you guys tell me what the problem might be and how much it might cost to do it.Thnx alot. Peace

it could be a clutch, slave cylinder, master cylinder, or throwout bearing.

my two quick guesses are master cylinder or throwout bearing.
