brakes

hey guys...i just changed out my back brakes (disc) and those things suck...i couldnt get to the caliper bolt on the right and finally realized that you had to remove the brake line so the wrench would fit around the bolt...i spilled my brake fluid all over the driveway but i got em in....anyways i was wondering if anyone has any tips to make changing these things a little less stressful (in case i need to do it again)

The last time I did the rear rotors on my 91 SE, I don't remember anything about the difficulty of accessing the caliper bolts. They did however took a lot of muscle to remove.

The only time I ever had to disconnect the brake line was when I was replacing the caliper due to siezure.

If you got the bolt off in the first place without removing the line. You should be able to put it back on without removing the line.

Just out of curisioty, did you retract the piston at all? Makes it a little easier to move the caliper around.
