I called my local dealer and told them my story I have a 90 SE auto and the drivers side rear seat belt tensioner is not attached anymore due to heavy heavy rust. the area is so rusted in the trunk that when it rains anything in the trunk gets soaked. I really didnt noticed till I saw wetness on a bag of papers I had in the trunk also o top of the wetness was dirt that came out of the rotted area. they told me tp call 800 nissan1 because they cant pull up 90 recalls. I did and the rep says my car was brought in in 1996 for this repair. (if it was repaired I wouldnt be haveing this problem now right?) any way they also said they were not responsible for the rust but only for the fuel filler.
any takes on this guys?
Im about to use that caulk that foams up like the one they use on holes and cracks in the house to try and stop the water leak

some one help

I believe it sounds like they fixed the fuel filler, but not what actually causes the fuel filler to rust, so it's allowing your trunk to rust. The seat belt area is one of the main parts they're looking at on mine, so looks like yours definitely needs to be checked out again.

Isn't there a seperate recall on the seatbelt mount?

I think they're the same, fuel filler and seatbelt mount are classified under "consequences" in the fuel filler recall
