confused SE or GXE?

hey,
I have a 90 maxima automatic, but I'm not sure what model it is?
I've been browsing this website looking at pictures and trying to figure it out, but it's only been more confusing!

what I really want to know is how much horsepower my car has?
Also, I'd like to know what the little switch labeled "A/T" is for? it's right next to my auto transmission shifter.

thanks

yeah check the link above for the differences.

The switch is for the auto trans.

In power mode the shift point is higher, in comfort it is lower and softer.

In the middle it lets the computer do the work. It is in comfort until you floor it and then goes to power.

thanks awsm.
I noticed the engine in your car is different from my engine.
I already knew the difference between the gxe and se.
I was trying to figure out if my car is a gxe or se.
It doesn't have fog lights.

ok now I am confused. If you already knew the difference between the gxe and se then why do you not know what yours is?

My engine is for a 92-94 SE only. It is the VE30DE and has 190 HP. All other 3rd gens have 160 HP.

If youre car has a chrome grille, chrome window trim, body color mirrors, door keypad, black face gauges, daisy wheels (if factory), and brighter red tails then its a GXE.

If it has a body colored grille, black window trim, black mirrors, white face gauges, slotted looking wheels (again if factory), 4 wheel disk brakes (unless its ABS...all ABS 3rd gens have 4 wheel disks), fog lights, darker brake lights...blah blah blah...then its an SE.

thanks for the info.
when I bought the car 3 years ago, I didn't get a manual or any paper saying what model it was, that's why it confused me.
I had a feeling it was the lower model GXE, thought that because of the white gauges I see in other maxima's
