I'm having some problems with the speedometer. Right now it's pegged over to the right and stays there.

I've ohmed the sensor and it's at 12M ohms, which seems very high. Also I have 0 volts at the connector. I'm not sure if there is any voltage supplied to the sensor when just idling and not moving.

Any help would be sppreciated.
