Hi fellow Maximaniacs!
I currently do not own a Maxima, but I hope to.
I've got my eye on a gorgeous 93 SE 5spd with 64,000Miles on the Odo.
I was hoping some more experienced Maximaniacs can help me out with what to look out for:
In addition, I was wondering if the 93 Maximas had begun to start using CFC-Free A/C. Because if it still uses CFC A/C then I would have to factor in the cost of later converting it to CFC-Free A/C, and that costs big $$$.
Thank you for taking the time to read my post

I know my 93 SE does have the CFC-free A/C so I would assume yours does too, but I can't be sure
as for converting, I don't think its that bad; they did mine on my 89GXE for about $150 I think

Welcome to the board. We hope you will find a lot of information and ideas for your Maxima.
According to Federal law, any car built after 1992 must have R-134 (CFC Free Freon). Therefore, your Max will have R-134.
