i put on a new headgasket, car just cranks over

-i didnt put back the ac unit cause i need to add oil and im to tired
-the timing mark on the crank pulley is not ont he first line mark but just off the second. somewhat between both
-the marks ont he cams are good
-the distributor is not on a specific mark, but i tried playign with it moving it in different directions
-im charging the battery right now since it was around 12.1 volts, but with the charger on it and the battery it still just cranked over
