guess wat everyone i just blew my catalytic converter flange and have to get a whole new cat back system, SWEET. lol. does anyone know wat to expect for a new system, it broke off just before the valve at the converter, i believe my converter is bad anyway, my se maxi has 170000, but other than the extremely loud exhaust.....runs like new. IT IS LOUD. anyone else have a problem like this before

I just went ahead and got rid of mine, so im breathing wide open. Cars does feel smoother in acceleration. With my exhaust it sounds a lot like a WRX Sti.

the cheapest way to fix this would be to get a direct replacement cat from a place like napa for about 80$ and then if you cant weld just take it to an exhaust shop and have them weld a nee flang and if needed a new piece of pipe to the stock cat back and then bolt the new cat in and your done

you could probobly pull the whole thing off for under 200$

if not obviously warpspeed has good products but there not cheap

You're losing power. I've dyno tested it. it's also hard on your exhaust valves. easy way to burn a valve.
