Normal when cold, sluggish when warm

First off, 1991 Max SE 5spd with 152k. Here is what has been done to it recently:
-Fuel injectors
-O2 Sensor
-Knock Sensor
-Water Temp Sensor
-Cat Converter
-Y-Pipe
-Cleaned MAF sensor
-Cleaned Intake plenum & ports
-Intake Manifold gasket
-EGR valve
-Idle Air Control Valve
-Fuel Filter
-Vacuum Lines
-PCV valve
-Bosch regular platinum plugs
-Cap/rotor was replaced before I bought the car

Since I replaced the knock sensor last week, the car does not sputter when accelerating and the timing seems to be a bit better. I thought that was the main problem. It still occurs: when the car is cold, the car feels amazing when driving, but when the temperature reached normal operating temp, it feels like I have lost 1/3 of the power. Does anyone have a clue whats going on here?

From what I hear, I should go to NGK standard plugs.

Bosch for Japanese cars is a no no. I rather you take those out and put in NGK plugs. Also when replacing the knock sensor I hope you replaced the harness also, its just as important to be changed.

Another thing that happens, if I am cruising abour 2,500 RPMs and take it out of gear to start stopping for a traffic light, the RPMs will suddenly drop down to about 400-500 then jump back up. I will try out some NGKs and see if there is any difference.

Where is the knock sensor on the VG engine? I think I've changed everything but that. I can't find my Chilton manual and I don't remember seeing it in there?

Knock sensor on the VG engine is on the block facing the firewall to the right of the exhaust manifold.

I already have a new IAC valve. I just came back from Pep Boys and bought some standard NGK spark plugs. I will see the outcome when I go change them once the engine cools a little.

Oh yeah! found the problem. While I was under the hood replacing my fuel filter. I just so happen to see an end of a wire with an eyelet on it just hanging down. I go over to see what it was. a ground wire for the injector harness was not attached to due an intake line blocking my view when I was making all the connections when I replaced my fuel injectors! So I borrowed a bolt from the bracket that holds spark plug wires and attached it. Now the car runs like a dream! its running on all 6 cylinders and before I am sure it was running on 5. I feel like I need to pay myself on the back. I really love my car now, runs so smooth with all those parts I replaced.
