I getting 17's on my max, but first i want to slim the lines up a little. I've read the write ups on removing the side moldings, so that shouldn't be a prob. but i was wondering if i remove the sunroof visor will there be a notice is cabin noise when it is open?

Also i have a white 93, will the paint under the moldings be discolored, if so i'll wait on the moldings until i paint it.

no if nothing else your paint under the moldings will be much more bright because it has been hidden from the sun and hasnt faded at all.

Good luck...sorry I dont know about the sunroof visor because I dont have a sunroof on my 93 and my 92GXE didnt have a visor on it so I cant compare the differences. I will say that it was a little more noisy than my 93 but not bad as long as you left the shade shut.

 

the visor has 2 metal brackets that it's screwed onto, chances are you can just remove it and be fine.
But no guarantees

 

I just took my visor off my sunroof area and I have to get on the interstate to get to work. I do atleast 75-80mph and don't really notice the difference

 

Vash... i've seen that name.. On a CS server, and i played with him/you a lot.. but i haven't touched CS for awhile, so u prolly won't remember me..

 

the sunroof visor? taking it off will increase wind noise and let more air into the cabin. Not that bad tho, I've never had a visor, and don't mind it at all.
