Best shocks for under 380$

Just as the title says, i need to find out which the best shocks for my car w/ the eibach springs are for under 380$ retail price. Just post here what is good for the price, i have seen the kyb gr-2's and koni's; and have heard of the tokiyko(sp?) blowing prematurely. I want something stiff that will not blow, and will keep the car level in turns. Im gettin sway bars in a few weeks so that wont be an issue

go with Tokico for that price. I've only seen a few rare cases of them going out, but they've got lifetime warranty.
they've got much better damping than the GR-2.

Konis are more $$ than you're allowing... they'll run about $500 a set after shipping, absolute minimum.

I second that. However, I have also learned that the Tokicos ride stiffer than the GR2s...and I have the Tokicos and love them. So, I would think the GR2s would ride very close to stock.

Someone said there was a GD for Konis for $4xx. Just a little bit more $ but such a big difference in performance. I urge you to to the extra distance. I ran Eibach/Tok and now Eibach/Konis. Even at the middle adjustment, the Konis own the Toks by far.

Go with Tokicos if you are on a budget. They are worth the extra cash over the KYBs

get anything with lifetime warranty from a respectable dealer, such as Shox so that you could exchange them when they go out. I believed Shox is offering Gr2 for $250 right now.
