For some reason search is not available to me and I read the ABS Sticky. I got a fault code for driver front wheel pulled the wheel off. I only saw the brake lines. I didn't tear into the caliber or rotor, is the sensor near the pad? Yep I'm a noob

 

there's two lines in your wheel well. follow one to your caliper. the other leads to the abs sensor.

 

I must be blind I just saw the brake fluid line???? So I just follow the wire, it it visable on the front or is it in back of the nuckle by the ball joint and whatnot?

 

ABS sensors read the teeth off the gear located on the CV joint. Also read the stickies, that information IS in there.

 

Hip, I remember reading about the teeth but wasn't sure what they were talking about, I'll check out near the outer cv joint...thanks

 

Hey Im not trying to be an *** but If you get a haynes fsm it has all the layouts for the abs sensers and trouble shooting. For a long time I did not have one, but now that I went and got one it has taut me a lot and If I have question or wondering about something I can look in it to figure it out. Im not trying to tell you not to post but I thought it might would help you see things more clearly.
