Not only does it say HP, it's in red letters. Thats good for at least 15 of those 20 horses!

Hey, if a decal is good for 10-15 horses & some work is involved to install this (raising hood has to count for something), that has to what... DOUBLE the hp?!

I noticed that she hasn't left anyone positive feedback that purchased these things.
