Whats the best service manual out there for the 3rd Gen VG's???
I have a Haynes manual, and it is helpful, but a little more detail would be nice. How are the Factory Service manuals, and the Chiltons???
and why does the factory service manual have a different book for the 89-91, arent all those cars EXACTLY the same?? Maybe just to bring in more $$$

They made FSMs every year because there were minor changes from year to year. FSM is the most complete, by far, but I feel that Chilton's is more straightforward in their directions for things.
