Necessay to replace control arms w/.......

intrax springs? Just curious because I'm planning on replacing my ball joints, I get a nasty pop when I'm turnin left on bumps. My half shafts are new

you don't need to replace the actual control arm but take a look at the control arm bushings. if they appear worn out or cracked, it wouldn't be a bad idea to change them and get it over with.

there's no need to change control arms with any suspension change. on a 10 yr old car, I can just about guarantee that your bushigns are worn out though. but you can swap those out buying OEM bushings or energy suspension bushings.

You don't need to replace the control arms, just unbolt the ball joint seperate it from the knuckle, and put the new one in. I would recommend putting the poly bushings in i think that matt sells them, i put them on with a factory suspension and a FSTB and noticed a **** ton of diffrence, they are not that bad to put in as long as you have access to a lift, and an impact.

Thanks for all the info all I thought I read somewhere on here that oem control arms caused some camber probs w/ intrax or lower. I realize that normally you would not need to replace these! Engery Susp inserts and ball joints need to come soon!
