Rubber window trim

The rubber window trim is dry rotted and cracked around the driver window. Anyone have any luck replacing it? If so were did you get it and how much?

try this for cheap stuff:

http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/E...003347/c-10101

i've never bought from them so i don't know if it's a good idea. they seem like a k-mart.

otherwise, i'd go to dealer. i have the same problem and am mulling over what to do myself.

Buy Plasti-Kote trim paint from PepBoys or the like

I sanded and painted mine with it and they look brand new

Sand what? Its rubber weather stripping with chunks of it missing. If i sanded it I dont think there would be to much left.
