If anyone here has Monroe Struts on the front of their car and go them from a kauffman tire, they should be replaced for free. There is a recall of sorts on there about being put on lowered maximas. :attention
That makes no sense. Why would a maker replace their shocks for free when they are used on none oem equipment springs??? And no in their right mind should be using these things on lowered maximas anyway.
Im just saying that Kauffman will push those shocks on anyone thats gettin their maxima lowered through them. Kauffman warranties them, so you should be able to get them fixed for free through Kauffman
Um okay. So you have tried this correct??? Tokico warrantys their shocks too. But if you damage them by using them on a too lowered of a maxima, bye-bye warranty.
Plus I'd rather have the right shocks from the get go vs running on some cheap arsed shocks that can't keep up with my Eibachs

I've got Sensa-Tracs on the front of my Max with Intrax springs and they never bottom-out? They ride like crap (bouncy on a transition to rough pavement)......., but they don't bottom-out - ever.
And b4 someone asks, I just bought them cause that's all I could afford at the time.

They bounce because they can't keep up with increased spring rates. They will also fail very quick. Hell, I doubt they can keep up with the stock springs.
