White smoke?????

I have a 91se and i was messing with it tonight. All i touched was the distributor, which i took the cap off and put it right back on and i messed with the ecu trying to see if i have any problems. After i finished, i started the car and it kind of stuttered to start. Then, it was smoking pretty good, a strong exhaust smell to it. Can anyone help with any ideas. I dont know what i touched that could have caused this. Thanks in advance.

Ive been looking at it some more and I think its burning antifreeze. Does this mean I probably have a hole in the radiator? I filled the coolant reservoir up to max 3 days ago and its dropped about 3/4" or more. Any suggestions?

while the car is on, open the oil cap and see if any oil is shooting out. also look at the bottom side of the oil cap, does it have some milky muddy stuff??

u said it just smells like exhaust smell. if it's burning antifreeze, u'll smell it as antifreeze. it has a distinct smell to it.. and it is sick.

strong exhaust smell might be ur air/fuel mixture being too rich? throwing lots of pollutants from incomplete combustion out of ur exhaust...

that might have been the result of tinkering with ur ECU that manages your air/fuel mixture.

Alright, thanks for all the help. I did find traces of antifreeze on the garage floor though after i drove down the street and back. I dont know, my dads gonna look at it in the morning. And by the way, oil smoke is actually blue.
