www.fiberimages.com you have to call and ask because its not listed on their site but they do have it. I have pictures of it on my site http://cardomain.com/id/xrrcd

I was in a group deal with the original 10 produced. I think i paid $450 plus shipping but I know they are more now.

probably in the 600 range, and good luck on the group deal it took forever to get 10 people at the $450 price and that was when there were people around here willing to spend money to have something original.
