clicking noise...

hey guys, sorry to bother you with this, prolly been discussed before. OH well, while i accelerate my car makes a clicking noise, kinda like a mechanical pencil being spun, ya know?? it doesn't do it while i'm in nuetral or park, just while i'm accelerating. Its not really loud but very noticable, any ideas?? I think its my manifold, the gasket is litterally gone, a nut is missing from one of the bolts on it, and the Exhaust pipe ring gaskets are broken, i'm going to replace those and see if it fixes it.

Do you feel the clicking in the steering wheel, or can you hear it more when your turning a corner? Could be the CV joints in the front. Check the rubber boots for a tear. I read that it only takes like 8 hours after the boot is torn for the CV joints to be ruined.

exhaust leak sounds like a tick tick tick. Like pushing a buggy down the sidewalk with the messed up wheel.I think you are looking at maybe a cv joint

sounds like exhaust to me. they make some strange sounds, and sometimes will only do it under load becuase there's more exhaust flowing through the system.
