Skid Plates

Hi there,

Is there anyway to keep the skip plates (plastic cover on bottom of front end) on the 3rd Gens from falling / ripping off? Mine is just about to drop off..despite numerous attempts to bolt it back on.

is there a replacement one can purchase elsewhere?

any known tricks to keep it on?

best - Noela

mine don't have problems... new ones are about $80 each from the dealer (yeah, $80 for that dinky little piece of plastic!)

try using some larger washers on the screws when you bolt them back on. only thing I can tell you if you don't want to replace them.
