3rd gen sighting in Cincy...

Just wondering, I saw a green 3rd Gen on Winton Road at 7:40 AM on Wednesday April 11. It had rewired headlights so that the orange part was bright all of the time and it had removed the side moldings on the front passenger door. Anyone here?
