Engine Cont Fuse Keeps Blowing

Help!

Trying to figure out what would be causing the ENGINE CONT fuse to blow, it is blowing more and more often, while the car is running, killing the engine and breaks.

Also, the headlights quit at the same time, though the running lights still come on.

Is there any quick "workaround"/"hack" to bypass the O2 sensor to test to see if that is the cause of the problem?

I know that it will kill the Engine Control fuse in extreme failure situations.
Don't know about the rest.
