Heater blower problem

Heater blower problem
My heater blower on my 90's Maxima keeps blowing air even when then climate control is turned off. I have unplug the A/C blower relay on the right sidekick panel but it is still blowing air out. Any ideas?

the lever on the left is it up or down?

It doesn't matter up or down, still blowing air out at maximum setting. Auto climate control cannot shut down or change the fan speed.

Problem solved by replacing with a new heater blower resistor.
