I just wanted to confirm if the Bose Front Passenger speaker is 1 ohm? I 've read at some places that it is, but am quite mystified at how a speaker can be 1 ohm on my '93 maxima gxe... any solid confirmation will be greatly appreciated...

man, i wonder who the genius was on putting 1 ohm speakers in the car... either they must be really stupid or it's a lame marketing tactic to not be able to buy your ordinary 4, 8 ohm speaker... =T

 

I think it was a marketing thing too.

 

i think it was lower ohms = louder at same wattage

 

less ohms less resistance.. right?
