Strange alternator problem?

On my Black 92 SE the alternator is not charging the battery. Normally I would think it is the alternator, but instead of just the battery light coming on all the lights in the dash that come on when the car is first started come on and stay on. Sounds like a relay??? Fuse?

OK, so I meant simple and CHEAP. Relays and fuses are so easy and cheap. I've done several alternators before (not this car) Ouch.
