Scratching Noise: Front Driver SIde Wheel

My car is making a scratching noise from the front driver's side wheel. The first 15 minutes or so of driving is fine, then it seems like when the car is warmed up it starts making this noise. It stops when I brake. Is this a brake pad problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks

Thanks Internetautomar.

Is there a manual online of how to change the brake pads? I've read that it's real easy to do but have never done it myself. Any special tools I need? Or do I just take off the caliper and take the pad out?

check the Autozone manual in the stickies. It's really pretty simple, just like you said

Changed the brakes...same problem, same noise. Any other ideas of what it could be?
