Thermostat

How hard is it to change the thermostat...i have the part and want to change it...can anyone provide maybe some pics and some help..that would great..thanks

that help, but i tryied that but i couldnt get off the water outlet housing...so it didnt seem like that was it, so i tried removing something right about that and it seemed like i had to remove the timing bet cover to get to the thermostat...so it seems like i just need to pull harder on the water outlet housing and i dont need to remove the timing best cover...thanks

Mabye a little more elbow grease will help [eat your wheaties ] them old gaskets can get pretty stuck.

When I did mine on the GXE, I actually had to hit it with a hammer to break it loose. Like MyGreenMax94 said, the old gaskets will keep the housings pretty well attached.
