vg compression after boost and running rich
Well I did a compression check on the motor before I went with boost. And I have put about 500 miles on their with 7psi boostboosty queit regularly. I shift at around 4500 rmps under boost Because im running factory everthing! My plugs seem to indecate that im running rich How could this be with factory fuel pressure and only 180cc injectors. But this is how the check came out
1 180 psi
3 177
5 180
2 177
4 172
6 177
Standered is 172psi with a max diffrance of 14psi per cylender
So I take it my motor is still in good shape
It has 169,000 on it

if you're running rich there's a possibility that you're leaking boost out of your intake. i've blown a few holes in some couplers and when that happens, under boost, it runs rich due to metered air being blown out of the intake an not into the engine. you might double check your piping to make sure that's not the case.
