ECM Mode IV questions
#1
The Check Engine light has been coming on sporadically in my 94 GXE. It's marked by intermittent rough idling whenever the light is on. I sort of asked the question before, and the responses I received were along the lines of oxygen sensor and fuel injector. Choosing the lesser of two evils, I tried replacing the oxygen sensor, but no luck. In Mode III, no DTC is being returned. In Mode IV, sometimes the CE light doesn't come on upon starting, but does everytime you hit the gas. Any suggestions? I'm really hoping it doesn't relate to the fuel injector. (If it does, how much should I be expecting to pay?)
